Commercial client needs
The commercial client usually uses the expertise of an architect, consultant or interior designer. Normally you will have all the drawings and specifications which will have detailed requirements. These can be forwarded to Torrance & McKenna for specification and quotation.

The ability to modify most designs in terms of height, depth, width and detail of arm, seat and backs
Multiple options for fabric and leather.
If the furniture is for a hotel lobby or similar, we recommend fabrics or leather that perform well in high usage areas. For more formal areas, we suggest fabrics that perform well in commercial settings.
